Swordfish or Halibut with Mango Salsa: This low calorie dish packs a wallop of flavor. Just let us know how hot or mild you like your salsa.

Ingredients: swordfish or halibut depending on availability, lime juice, onions, tomatoes, mangos, cilantro, jalapeño's, spices. Optional: avocado and jasmine rice.

Pan-grilled Snapper with Orzo Pasta: Fish is a heart-healthy choice we should eat at least twice a week. The orzo pasta in this dish soaks up the vinaigrette to amplify the flavor.
